Phillip Kay
Age: 38
Height: 6 feet 3 inches
Weight: 280 pounds
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Kay has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for first-degree robbery and six counts of possession of a controlled substance.
Justin Critchell
Age: 32
Height: 5 feet 11 inches
Weight: 200 pounds
Hair: Black
Eyes: Brown
Critchell has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for third-degree assault.
