DARRINGTON — There was a large police response Monday morning on the Whitehorse Trail off Highway 530 after reports of a person firing a gun into the air.
The suspect was reportedly not cooperative with sheriff’s deputies at the scene. The suspect was found and arrested with the help of a police dog, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office reported shortly before noon.
Traffic was expected to be impacted on the highway.
