Man killed in Everett crash identified

A man who died in a March 29 car crash has been identified by the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office as James F. Engle, 50, of Everett. The collision occurred about 9:40 a.m. on the 41st Street bridge over I-5. Everett police say the man had taken the 41st Street exit from southbound I-5. He did not stop at the intersection, drove over a raised median and hit a sign. He then crossed five lanes of traffic and hit a cement pole.
