Motorcyclist dies in south Everett crash

His name hasn’t been released. Fourth Avenue W is expected to be closed for hours for an investigation.

EVERETT — A motorcyclist died in a crash Wednesday afternoon south of Everett, according to the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office.

The man’s motorbike collided with a Toyota SUV around 3 p.m. in the 13200 block of Fourth Avenue W, near the Mariner Park & Ride, sheriff’s office spokesperson Courtney O’Keefe said.

His injuries proved fatal.

O’Keefe wasn’t aware of anyone else being hurt.

Fourth Avenue is expected to be closed in both directions for hours during an investigation.
