SNOHOMISH — Overnight work could cause backups on Highway 9 at Bickford Avenue the next two weeks.
Crews contracted by the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) are scheduled for drainage work in the area. The overnight lane and road closures are from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. Monday through Thursday, April 6.
One lane of Highway 9 is set to be closed Monday through Thursday this week and next week. Traffic will alternate between northbound and southbound during the closure.
Bickford Avenue will be closed between the roundabout Monday through Thursday this week and Monday, April 3. Travelers will be directed to a detour.
Avenue D will be closed between the roundabout and 99th Avenue SE April 4 to 6. There will be a detour.
