Police: Missing teenage boy found deceased Monday in Mukilteo

EVERETT — Law enforcement located the body of a 15-year-old boy on Monday, who was reported missing more than a week earlier.

Around 3:15 p.m. Dec. 8, family members reported Gabriel Ehrmin, 15, missing from his residence off the Mukilteo Speedway, according to a Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office social media post. He was last seen on surveillance footage heading southwest in the 13000 block of Beverly Park Road wearing a black hoodie, black pants and a blue backpack.

Monday, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office and Mukilteo Police Department found a deceased male near the 4600 Block of 109th Street Southwest, according to a Mukilteo Police Department social media post. There was no danger to the public, the post said.

Thursday, Mukilteo police announced the Snohomish County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed the body to be Ehrmin, according to a press release.

Mukilteo police detectives are conducting a death investigation.
