Contrary to letter, Sen. Murray lives in a small town

In a recent letter to the editor a claim was made that “Just like Sens. Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell living in big cities is a lot different than living here.” This comment seems to suggest our senators don’t understand the timber industry because they live in big cities.
Well, I know for a fact that Sen. Murray, when not in Washington, D.C., lives in a community of less than 500 people. Please people, if you are going to accuse someone, at least have your facts straight.
It doesn’t help your cause to use false information. And by the way, I am not a “tree hugger.” I own and manage and live on a small (40 acres) forest where I harvest trees and replant to produce firewood and marketable timber.
