Facts could lead to some conclusions

Fact 1: Locally, so many roadways were closed simultaneously that traffic ground to a virtual halt.

Fact 2: Approximately 72 percent of all drivers caught in the resulting gridlock voted yes on Initiative 695.

Conclusion 1: We as voters are being subtly punished.

Conclusion 2: The folks at Washington state Department of Transportation really are incompetent.
