Few changes might reduce bloodshed

Regarding recent mass shootings:
It might be a good idea if ballistic shields were stocked in the schools for the use of the school protection officers.
We need a much longer waiting times to purchase automatic Rifles or pistols by individuals 21 years of age or older.
Their is no possible use for an assault rifle other than shooting a large number of people.
We need a “red flag” system that will flag and connect all purchases of semiautomatic weapons, and the clips that allow a shooter to fire more than ten shots in rapid fire. This seems to be the choice of the crazy 18 year olds.
We need to remove information from the internet on converting semiautomatic weapons to automatic, which is easy to find with a search along with the needed hardware.
All purchases of this type should be done through a licensed fire arms dealer with the required back ground checks. The transfer of automatic weapons needs to be controlled.
Any existing or new gun laws must be enforced and well thought out.
All of us must be vigilant and shine a light on anyone who is expressing the thoughts that they need to shoot people. If we work together we can make the world a less scary place.
