Good to hear of one just outcome

We were already lamenting the problems for ex-prisoners reintegrating into society prior to reading Mr. Kluth’s guest commentary. (Jan. 31, “Return to prison would have added to state’s error.”) For those released in error and then in the process of reestablishing their lives and already working, being remanded back to jail seemed double punishment to us. But in Mr. Kluth’s case we were happy to hear of a reasonable and just outcome.
