He’s truly the best person for the job

Hooray for The Herald! They stood firm in supporting the best candidate for the fine people of the 39th District by endorsing Fred Walser. I must disagree with the opinion of the Monday letter writer (“Walser endorsement hurts credibility”). The Herald has thoroughly followed Walser’s many years of community service and expertise and knows he is the right candidate for this important job. They endorse Walser because he is the best person to make the changes needed in the 39th District.

I have known Fred Walser both personally and professionally for over 20 years. I have witnessed his relentless dedication and tremendous passion for the citizens in his community. He is smart, compassionate and extremely qualified for this position. The 39th District has been under the thumb of Val Stevens way too long and I am proud to stand up and encourage voters to take a good look at his record of accomplishments and you too will vote for Walser!
