Letter: Ask Starbucks’ corporate office about recycling

Regarding the letter “Starbucks wrong not to recycle”: I totally agree to recycling, but as a mother whose daughter works at Starbucks, I would suggest the writer talk to corporate instead of banning your local Starbucks. It would put some of these young people out of work (mind you most make $10 an hour) while I’m sure others go to jobs that pays them $15 an hour or more to allow them to stop and buy a coffee at Starbucks. That would put more people on welfare or some on the street. Please take it up with corporate and not the hard-working person you are ordering from.
