Make exception for active military

Regarding the drinking age: Anyone in the military who is on active duty should be able to go into any bar and buy a drink if they show their active duty ID card. If an 18-yeaer-old is old enough to serve in Korea, Vietnam, Desert Storm, Iraq, etc., they are old enough to buy a drink.
