Power lineman deserve a 21-gun salute

Firemen, police, military and others who risk their life serving our families aren’t the only heroes in this world.

My husband was a power lineman for 35 years. He climbed power poles when they didn’t have modern methods like they do today. Nevertheless, it still is a dangerous occupation. They work in blizzards, storms and floods and sometimes they work several days and nights till the power is on so we can have heat, lights and hot meals. I know I appreciate their outstanding service to us all. I give them a 21-gun salute.
