The walls in Xfinity Arena will be reverberating with the sound of motorcyles on Saturday as the 2016 EnduroCross tour makes a stop in Everett.
Endurocross is an off-road competition that takes riders over a course filled with obstacles, including boulders, logs, sand and water.
In order to turn the floor at Xfinity Arena into an Enducross track organizers hauled in 1,000 cubic yards of dirt, 100 tons of rock, and 1,000 feet of logs.
Among those scheduled to compete Saturday are five-time champion Taddy Blazusiak, X Games gold medalist Mike Brown, Super Enduro world champion Colton Haaker, and Snohomish rider John Beal.
A practice session is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and is open to the public free of charge. Riders also will be available for a free autograph session at 6:30 p.m.
Racing starts at 7:30 p.m. Tickets range from $10 to $45. For advance tickets, visit www.motocross.transworld.net/endurocross.
