Furniture Row to race full 2010 NASCAR Cup schedule

DENVER — Furniture Row Racing is returning to full-time competition in 2010 after the weakened economy led the team to scale back to a partial NASCAR schedule this season.
Regan Smith has been signed to drive the No. 78 all of next season.
The Colorado-based furniture chain says its decision to resume a full schedule came from the positive exposure NASCAR has given the Furniture Row Companies.
The team was originally slated to run 12 races this season, but added four more events, including Saturday night’s race at Bristol Motor Speedway.
Smith has qualified for all 11 races the team has entered so far this year.
