SEATTLE — Pro Bowl left tackle Walter Jones and linebacker Leroy Hill were among seven inactive players listed by the Seattle Seahawks this morning, while quarterback Matt Hasselbeck will serve as the emergency quarterback.
Seneca Wallace is expected to start in place of Hasselbeck, who is nursing a sore back. Hasselbeck missed five games due to the injury earlier this season, but he had played in the last three.
Jones is out with a leg injury. Right tackle Sean Locklear will move to the left side, right guard Ray Willis will move to tackle, and Mansfield Wrotto will make his first start at right guard.
Hill is sidelined by a stinger he suffered during a goal-line tackle in the Thanksgiving Day game against Dallas. D.D. Lewis will replace him as the starter today.
The Seahawks host the New England Patriots in a 1 p.m. game.
