EDMONDS — Edmonds-Woodway scored four runs in the sixth inning and held off Stanwood in a showdown between Wesco 3A North and South teams.
Starter Mariah Woolery held Stanwod scoreless until the sixth, when the Spartans’ three-run rally fell short.
Mikayla Monroe hit a home run for the Warriors and Woolery added a triple and two RBI.
