Prep softball: Kamiak 12, Jackson 10

MILL CREEK — Kamiak and Jackson combined for 22 runs and 28 hits, but the Timberwolves also committed eight errors which helped Kamiak win the Wesco South contest. Lindsay Haub (3-for-5) led the Knights with two runs scored. Jackson’s Megan Cooley batted 5-for-5 with a double, triple and three RBI. Kayla Ellis added a 3-for-4 performance and two RBI for the Timberwolves, who scored five runs in the bottom of the seventh inning with two outs before Kamiak ended the game.
