MUKILTEO — Monroe senior Cathryn Armstrong set a new meet record in the 100 yard backstroke in
the 4A District swim meet Saturday. Armstrong broke the record, which was set in 2009 by Jackson swimmer Alana Pazevic, with a time of 56.75. The old record was 56.33.
