The Pro Bowl rosters were revealed Tuesday evening, and seven Seahawks were named. They were quarterback Russell Wilson, defensive end Michael Bennett, linebacker Bobby Wagner, cornerback Richard Sherman, safeties Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor, and return specialist Tyler Lockett.

The seven Pro Bowlers matches the most in franchise history, joining 1984 and 2005.

This is the fifth Pro Bowl selection for Thomas, the fourth for Wilson and Chancellor, third for Sherman, second for Wagner, and first for Bennett and Lockett.

Running back Marshawn Lynch, receiver Doug Baldwin, tackle Russell Okung, defensive end Cliff Avril and kicker Steven Hauschka were named Pro Bowl alternates.

Here’s the entire Pro Bowl roster.

The Pro Bowl is in Honolulu the week before the Super Bowl, so Seattle’s selections will be hoping they don’t play in the game and are instead preparing for their third straight Super Bowl appearance.
