Silvertips close regular season with shootout win over Victoria

VICTORIA, B.C. — The Everett Silvertips closed the regular season with a 4-3 shootout victory over the Victoria Royals on Saturday night.
Carter Bear, Jackson Berezowski and Jesse Heslop scored goals for Everett.
Tanner Scott, Brayden Schuurman and Matthew Hodson netted goals for Victoria. Teague Patton chipped in two assists.
Tyler Palmer stopped 30 of 33 shots in front of the net for the Silvertips.
Braden Holt had 23 saves in 26 chances for the Royals.
