3 local spring sports teams claim academic state championships

The Glacier Peak girls track, Shorewood girls track and Kamiak boys soccer teams won academic state titles.

Monroe boys clinch first state soccer berth since 2002

The Bearcats defeat Shorewood 2-0 in a winner-to-state, loser-out 3A District 1 Tournament match.

Shorewood alum O’Brien called up by M’s in series of roster moves

The 27-year-old posted a 1-1 record with a 1.59 ERA in five relief appearances for Triple-A Tacoma.

Cascade softball earns key win, continues breakthrough season

Shorewood alum Snell expects to be ready to start season
