Arlington: $32,202 to Sharree Lytle, a former manager of the city’s general services department, for six months of her salary, with no benefits. The payment is severance. Lytle’s position was eliminated in a recent reorganization.

$960 to the city of Everett for animal shelter services from April through June.

$1,849 to Fry’s Electronics of Sunnyvale, Calif., for computer and software upgrades.

$40,465 to the city of Marysville for jail service fees.

$6,796 to the city of Marysville for court filing fees.

Edmonds: $683,441 to Buno Construction of Snohomish to replace a sewer line on Daley Street.

Everett: $48 to Kelly’s Coast-to-Coast of Monroe for a fan for the water filtration plant.

$45 to Pacific Power Batteries of Everett for a digital-camera battery for the parks department.

$40 to Pacific Topsoils of Everett for decorative bark for the parks department.

$777 to Emerald Paint &Coatings Inc. of Burlington for weather epoxy for the water pollution control facility.

$580 to Pitney Bowes Inc. of Stamford, Conn., for ink cartridge tape.

Island County: $10,886 to Camano Senior Services Association of Camano Island for various senior services.

Marysville: $6,510 to Sonitrol of Portland, Ore., for installation of an intrusion alarm at the wastewater treatment plant, and for alarm monitoring in July.
