Arlington: Veterans Day downtown parade planned
A Veterans Day parade is planned for 11 a.m. Sunday in downtown Arlington.
The parade is scheduled to run south on Olympic Avenue to Legion Park for a ceremony.

Camano Island: Disaster preparedness group meets
The Camano Island Disaster Action team plans to meet at 7 p.m. Monday at Madrona Fire Hall, 916 Fifth St.
The group, affiliated with the Island County chapter of the American Red Cross, is looking for new members who are willing to help islanders during disasters.

Marysville: Legion lunch to honor veterans Monday
American Legion Post 178 of Marysville is planning a free chili luncheon on Monday in honor of Veterans Day.
The event is scheduled for noon to 3 p.m. at the American Legion Post Hall, 115 Cedar Ave.
