Arlington: $10,062 to the Association of Washington Cities Employee Benefit Trust in Olympia to provide health insurance for city employees.

$2,918 to Arlington Police Lt. Brian Dewitt for tuition reimbursement. He is working toward his bachelor’s degree.

$200 to All Bright Windows of Arlington to clean windows at city buildings.

Everett: $2.5 million to Sellar J. Corp. of Woodland for work on a new holding tank at Everett’s water filtration plant.

$210,593 to Perteet Engineering of Everett for various work on the Everett riverfront and E. Marine View Drive.

$168 to the city’s JP Morgan Chase credit card for a disco ball.

Monroe: $570 to the state Department of Transportation in Olympia for signal maintenance.

$636 to Snohomish County Evergreen District Court of Monroe for interpreter fees.

$1,670 to Monroe Monitor of Monroe for advertising.

Snohomish: $269 to Everett Stamp Works of Everett for stamps.

$4,626 to Precision Collision of Snohomish to repair body damage to a police vehicle.
