ARLINGTON — Tim Tramp has resigned as head coach of the Arlington High School football team.
Tramp submitted his resignation Tuesday.
“After considerable discussion with my family, I have decided to step down as coach in order to spend more time with them,” Tramp said in his letter of resignation.
Tramp coached the Eagles for two seasons, compiling a 7-13 record. Arlington was 4-6 in the 2007 season and reached the Class 3A playoffs, losing to Auburn in a state-qualifying game.
