Granite Falls City Council, 7 p.m. tonight, Council Chambers, 206 S. Granite Ave. An increase in water rates, an ordinance related to the city’s credit card policy and three applications for business licenses are scheduled to be considered.

Lake Stevens Planning Commission, 7 p.m. tonight, Community Senior Center, 1808 Main St. The commission is scheduled to discuss downtown revitalization and consider items for changes to the city’s comprehensive plan.
