Hit-and-run victim in hospital

GRANITE FALLS — A driver Sunday night failed to stop after hitting a young man in a parking lot.
The hit and run occurred about 8 p.m. in the parking lot of a gas station at Highway 92 and 84th Street NE, Snohomish County Sheriff’s Lt. John Flood said.
The man was airlifted to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle. Information on his injuries and condition was not immediately available.
Sheriff’s investigators were talking to the suspect Sunday night.
