BOYS BASKETBALL: Hamlett scored a team-high 16 points and had 10 rebounds and three assists in a 55-42 win over Shorecrest and scored 30 points, had 12 rebounds and shot 12-for-13 from the free-throw line in a 77-61 overtime win over Jackson.

GIRLS BASKETBALL: Feeney had 17 points in a 53-40 win over Lynnwood and a career-high 30 to go over 1,000 career points in a 80-53 win over Meadowdale.
SETH HENDERSON | ARLINGTON
WRESTLING: Henderson pinned his opponents at 189 and 171 pounds, respectively, in dual meet wins over Oak Harbor and Cascade, and led Arlington to first place in the Edmonds District Invite with a pin at 171.
MACKEY HOPEN | SHOREWOOD
BOYS SWIMMING: Hopen swam state qualifying times in winning the 50-yard freestyle and 100 breaststroke and swam on two winning relay teams in a 152-24 win over Lynnwood, and won the 100 butterfly and finished second in the 100 breaststroke in the Kentridge Invitational.

GIRLS BOWLING: Douty had a 612 series in a 3-0 win over Jackson and a Wesco and individual season-high 628 series in a 2-1 win over Cascade.
