Drano Lake opens

The Wind River and Drano Lake (mouth of the Little White Salmon River) open for spring chinook March 16 with a limit of two fish per day. Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife biologist Joe Hymer said fishing is expected to be slow on the opener, as only 17 springers had run Bonneville Dam through March 4.
