The Vikings quarterback threw for 376 yards — 19 shy of a school record — and three touchdowns, and also ran for 81 yards and another two touchdowns in Lake Stevens’ 41-20 win over Snohomish.

The Wildcats runner took first place in the girls hard course race at the 3 Course Challenge in Seaside, Ore. and second in a four-team meet on Thursday.

The Chargers diver scored 271.75 points to win the Wesco 3A competition by more than 45 points at a district diving meet at Marysville Pilchuck.

The Seagulls midfielder/goalkeeper scored the game-winning goal in a win over Glacier Peak, scored a goal in a win over Shorewood and teamed with Cherise Shaver to record a shutout in a scoreless tie against Shorecrest.

The Mavericks outside hitter had 16 digs in a sweep of crosstown rival Lynnwood and added 10 digs and six assists in a win over Shorecrest to help the Mavs stay in first place.
