WNBA draft lottery to be held Nov. 10

The WNBA will hold its draft lottery Nov. 10 in New York City.
The Tulsa Shock, who posted a record of 3-31, have a 44.2 percent chance of winning the top pick. The next best chances at obtaining the top pick belong to the WNBA champion Minnesota Lynx (via trade with Washington), Chicago Sky and Los Angeles Sparks in that order.
