Prep softball: Shorewood 5, Marysville Getchell 3

MARYSVILLE — Shorewood built an early 4-0 lead and held off Marysville Getchell to win the showdown between Wesco 3A North and South teams. Shorewood’s Abby Gustafson hit a triple and pitcher Kendall Adams picked up the win with a complete game. It was the third win in four games for Shorewood.
