DUVALL — Cedarcrest defeated Lakewood in a Cascade Conference pitchers duel Friday. Red Wolves pitchers Cassidy Derieg and Lauren Rich combined for 11 strikeouts over seven innings, giving up four hits and one run. Kylie Lopez (2-for-3) drove in the only run for Lakewood.
