Cascadia Art Museum: The new museum, located at 190 Sunset Ave., Edmonds, currently shows works featured in the Northwest Watercolor Society’s new book celebrating its 75th anniversary. The show runs through Jan. 3. Admission is $10. Hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and until 8 p.m. on Thursday. The museum is closed Mondays and Tuesdays. “Arts of the Terrace”: The 37th annual Arts of the Terrace free art show is set for Sept. 26 through Oct. 11 at the Mountlake Terrace Library, 23300 58th Ave. W. Sponsored by the Mountlake Terrace Arts Commission and the Friends of the Arts.

Sculptor David Varnau: The artist unveils two sculptures at 11 a.m. Sept. 26th in front of Café Louvre on Fifth Avenue in downtown Edmonds. The celebration will include live music and a chance to talk with the artist. More information is available at the Cole Gallery.

Previously Loved Art Sale: The 12th annual sale is 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 3, at ArtWorks, Second and Dayton, downtown Edmonds. Find paintings, drawings, sculpture, art posters, crafts, art books and periodicals and art supplies. Also, it’s not too late to donate your previously loved art for the sale. Bring your donations to ArtWorks between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Monday, Thursday or Friday or call 425-774-6049 to make an appointment. Donations are tax deductible. ArtWorks is a gathering place for artists offering classes, workshops and exhibit space and is supported by the Edmonds Arts Festival Foundation.
