Mukilteo woman wins college art award

Wheaton College student Tessa Miller, of Mukilteo, recently received the college President’s Art Commission Award. This award was announced at Wheaton College’s Honors Convocation. The President’s Art Commission facilitates the collection and display of art on campus.
