Rotary honors Educators of the Month at Terrace schools

The Rotary Club of Alderwood-Terrace named James Wilson, a Mountlake Terrace High School science teacher, its February Rotary Educator of the Month.

Interim Principal Greg Schellenberg said Wilson, adviser for the school’s Technology Student Association, has helped the school develop a robust STEM program. Students noted his sense of humor and help solving problems.

K.C. Steinke, a Terrace Park kindergarten teacher, was the January Rotary Educator of the Month. She’s taught in the Edmonds School District for more than 30 years.
