Everett Elks bring cheer to hospitalized veterans

Members of the Everett Elks Lodge visit patients at the Seattle VA hospital each month to bring food, play bingo and hand out door prizes. On holidays, they bring gift bags filled with treats. “We want our veterans to know we appreciate their service and have not forgotten them,” said Debbie Ritchie, lodge secretary.
