EVERETT — The state Department of Corrections’ Everett office has felony warrants for the following offenders. If you have information about them, call police or the Department of Corrections at 425-356-2800. Callers do not have to give their names.

Richard Zoland Bowen

Age: 35

Height: 6 feet, 1 inch

Weight: 181 pounds

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Blue

Bowen has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for second-degree assault. Bowen is a confirmed gang member.

Conrad J. Edwards

Age: 42

Height: 6 feet

Weight: 260 pounds

Hair: Brown

Eyes: Blue

Edwards has a warrant for failing to report to the state Department of Corrections. He is being supervised for possession of controlled substances. Edwards is suspected gang member.
