The Retired and Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Catholic Community Services held its annual volunteer recognition luncheon on May 23. Ralph Quaas and Judy Edgmand were honored as recipients of the President’s Volunteer Service Lifetime Achievement Award. The national honor is reserved for volunteers with at least 4,000 hours of documented service and is awarded through qualified nonprofits and other service groups.
