Haines awarded STAR Scholarship

The PEO Chapter IA of Mill Creek awarded Jackson High School senior Sara Haines the 2018 STAR Scholarship. Haines plans to attend Seattle Pacific University this fall to study linguistics and art. The scholarship, for $2,500, is awarded for leadership, activities, community service, academics and potential for success.
