STANWOOD — A man was taken to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle after his motorhome hit a car and crashed into an embankment a quarter-mile east of Stanwood Wednesday night.

The injured man’s name, age and hometown were not immediately available. The motorhome was destroyed.

The crash occurred around 64th Avenue NW and Highway 532 and was reported around 7:15 p.m., according to a Washington State Patrol memo.

Troopers said the motorhome was heading south when the driver tried to make a right turn.

The driver of the car and his passenger received medical treatment at the scene.
