Medical examiner releases name in Marysville homicide

MARYSVILLE — The Snohomish County Medical Examiner has released the identity of a man killed Sunday near a Marysville gas station.

Jason M. Castle, 42, of Marysville, died from multiple gun shot wounds, officials said.

Police are searching for two suspects after the early morning shooting.

Marysville Police Department detectives are still looking for Lyon Nicholas “Nick” Torns, 36, and a second yet-to-be-identified suspect. Torns is considered armed and dangerous. Security footage showed the second suspect at the scene. It is unknown if he is armed, but he should be considered dangerous, Marysville police said.
