Light rail work to close I-5 ramps to Highway 104 overnight

MOUNTLAKE TERRACE — Late-night drivers will need to use a detour instead of Highway 104 into Mountlake Terrace from I-5 because of light rail work.

Bridge work on the Sound Transit Lynnwood Link light rail line is prompting the closures.

The ramps from both directions of I-5 to Highway 104 are set to close overnight starting at 10 p.m. Monday. Crews will reopen them by 7 a.m. each morning through Nov. 11.

The ramps will be open on weekends.
