EVERETT — Two people were injured in a vehicle collision on Wednesday afternoon near Marysville.

Around 1 p.m. Wednesday, Marysville Fire Department responded to reports of a head-on collision at speeds of around 60 mph near Marysville, according to an International Association of Fire Fighters Local 3219 social media post.

First responders transported one driver to the hospital for undisclosed injuries. The second driver was extricated from the vehicle and sustained minor injuries.
