If you are sick, please stay home

Your “Three steps to preventing the flu” article on April 29 was clear, concise and necessary. But to put Julie Muhlstein’s column right under it was ironic to say the least, since she indicates she sometimes goes to work sick.

After all, she only gets four weeks vacation, plus five days sick leave, by her calculations. So what if the CDC and the health agencies say stay home? Or what if you might infect co-workers who could end up in the hospital or worse? Got to save that vacation time, eh, Julie? Disgusting.
