Shoreline Christian beats Friday harbor in volleyball

FRIDAY HARBOR—The Shoreline Christian Crusaders remained in the hunt to secure one of three tri-district playoff berths as they defeated Friday Harbor 3-1 Saturday.

Shoreline Christian (6-2 league, 7-3 overall) defeated Friday Harbor 25-21, 27-29, 25-17, 25-13. The Crusaders remain in third place in the Northwest 1A/2B league standings.

Laura Kredit had 15 kills, Anne Marie Visser had 28 assists and Megan Bauman contributed six service aces and nine digs to lead Shoreline Christian.
