Pop guilt-free using hot air

Basic hot air poppers are available in a variety of bright colors and in the $20 range.

Shake on seasoning flavors such as apple-cinnamon, jalapeno and bacon cheddar. Even plain old pepper is good.

National Popcorn Day is Jan. 19, then comes the Superbowl and Academy Awards.
