Navy Ensign Kristin P. Acton, daughter of Patricia Morrison Acton and David W. Acton of Oak Harbor, recently completed the four-year officer development program at the U. S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. Ensign Acton is a 2003 graduate of Oak Harbor High School.
